When you connect your Meta accounts, we access:

  • Pages and Instagram Business/Creator accounts you manage
  • Permissions to publish content (video, photo, text) on your behalf
  • OAuth tokens for secure API access

2.4 X (Twitter) Account Data

When you connect your X account, we access:

  • Permission to post Tweets (text and media) on your behalf
  • OAuth tokens for secure API access

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
  • OAuth tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties.
  • We use Supabase for secure database management with Row Level Security (RLS).
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only:

  • With TikTok's, Meta's, and X's APIs to provide the Service functionality
  • When required by law or legal process

6. Platform API Compliance

Our use of third-party APIs complies with their respective policies:

  • TikTok: Developer Terms of Service, API Usage Policy, and Data Use Guidelines.
  • Meta: Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Data Processing Terms.
  • X (Twitter): Developer Agreement, Developer Policy, and X Rules.

We only access data that you have explicitly authorized. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from our dashboard, or by managing your connected apps or Business Integrations directly in TikTok or Meta settings.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data, including data deletion requests under Meta and X Platform Terms
  • Disconnect: Revoke TikTok, Meta, or X account access at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect your social media accounts:

  • Your connection data for the respective platform (TikTok/Meta/X) is immediately deleted
  • OAuth tokens are permanently removed
  • General account data is deleted within 30 days

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies to monitor your activity across other websites.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
