Our Service integrates with official platform APIs (TikTok API, Meta Graph API, X API) to provide these functionalities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Platform Account Connection

When you connect your TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads), or X (Twitter) accounts to our Service:

  • You authorize us to access your account data as permitted by each platform's API scopes you approve.
  • You can disconnect your accounts at any time through our dashboard or the respective platform's settings.
  • We comply with the Developer Terms and Policies of TikTok, Meta, and X.
  • Access tokens are securely stored and only used for authorized purposes to facilitate your workflow.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
  • Violate the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines of TikTok, Meta platforms, or X.

6. Content Posting

If you use our Service to post content to connected platforms:

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with the destination platform's guidelines.
  • You grant us permission to transmit your content to these platforms on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for content that is rejected, restricted, or removed by TikTok, Meta, or X.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Wahdx Connection and protected by intellectual property laws. All trademarks (TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X/Twitter) are property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. API availability depends on the respective platform's status (TikTok, Meta, X).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wahdx Connection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or third-party platform policies. You may also terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your accounts and requesting account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
