Platforms and accounts
What is Wahdx Connection?
Wahdx Connection is an API-first publishing and analytics workflow. From one place you connect official social accounts, publish or schedule content, monitor post status, and measure audience results across five platforms.
Which platforms does Wahdx Connection support?
TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube. Publishing options and available metrics vary by platform, and each platform connects through its own official login and permission flow.
Do I need a separate account for each platform?
Yes. Each platform connects its own account through that platform’s official permission flow, and the scopes you approve are visible per account. You can disconnect an account at any time.
What is the TikTok QR login API?
QR login lets users connect a TikTok account by scanning a QR code and confirming in the TikTok app, without a browser redirect. It is available on Professional and Maximum plans.
Publishing
Can I publish video with the API?
Yes. One content endpoint publishes video to TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and YouTube. Video should be MP4 or MOV with H.264, 9:16 vertical at 1080x1920, between 3 seconds and 10 minutes.
Can I publish photo carousels?
Yes. Carousels use the same content endpoint with multiple image URLs. Instagram supports up to 10 media items and TikTok photo carousels up to 35 images. Keep carousel payloads photo-only.
Can I publish text-only posts?
Threads and Facebook Pages accept text-only posts up to 500 and 4000 characters respectively. TikTok and Instagram require media and reject a request with no mediaItems.
What are Threads thread sequences?
A thread sequence chains up to 10 items, each text-only or text with an image or video. Items are posted sequentially and linked automatically. Each item counts toward the 250 posts per user per day limit.
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. Prepare content once, select the accounts, and the workflow adapts the payload per platform. Platform-specific settings are applied per account before publishing.
Scheduling and status
Can I schedule posts ahead of time?
Yes. Content can be published immediately or scheduled up to 7 days ahead. Scheduled content is queued and processed server-side, so publishing continues without a browser session.
How do I check whether a post published?
Use the single or batch status endpoints to see queued, processing, published, or failed states. There is no webhook yet; integrations poll status after submitting content.
Developers
Where should I keep the API key?
Server-side only. Store the X-API-Key value in a backend, serverless function, or private integration layer, and never in browser code or mobile bundles.
Do I need a backend to use the API?
Yes for direct API integration. The dashboard covers daily publishing and analytics, while the API is meant for server-side workflows where keys stay protected.
Analytics
Which analytics metrics are available per platform?
TikTok covers followers, likes, video counts, and top videos. Instagram covers reach, profile views, interactions, accounts engaged, and demographics. Threads covers views, likes, replies, reposts, and quotes. Facebook covers unique impressions, post engagements, page views, and follows. YouTube covers subscribers, views, and video counts.
Plans and billing
What limits apply on each plan?
Free includes 12 uploads and 2 linked accounts. Premium includes 100 uploads and 10 accounts. Professional includes unlimited uploads, 100 accounts, and the QR login API. Maximum removes the account limit and adds dedicated support.
How does billing and renewal work?
Plans bill monthly and limits reset every 30 days. Only successful publishes count toward the quota. If a paid plan expires, the workspace returns to Free and excess inactive accounts are handled automatically.
